The making of a croissant

Here is a short video showing how we make a croissant. The recipe is very old, and we keep doing it by hands, because no machine can ever replace the skill of a true baker.

Our daily bread

The process to make a good bread takes time ! A lot of time ! Because we aren’t adding any accelerator, or improving product, our bread proof a whole day before being ready to bake. A slow yeast and a good flour are capital in order to make our good and delicious bread.
